Where do your donations go?

At Arteneo we believe in absolute accountability. 100% of the online contributions received through our website are directly allocated to funding our social programs and community impact initiatives in Orlando, Florida:

Art Therapy for Older Adults: Professional art materials, specialized facilitators, and logistics to bring free creative workshops to care centers and Hispanic older adult communities.
Talent and Dignity Rescue: Purchasing paint kits, easels, and organizing workshops and public exhibitions to discover and support hidden artistic talent in homeless individuals.
Inclusive Cultural Spaces: Renting community spaces and organizing local art events that celebrate and share Latino heritage and culture.

Tax Information for Donors

Donations are voluntary and processed securely in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. Contributions to non-profit corporations registered in the State of Florida are regulated by local laws. We recommend all our donors consult with a qualified tax advisor or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to determine the deductibility level of their contributions according to their particular circumstances and IRS guidelines.

04 / REFUND POLICY

Honesty Guarantee

Due to the solidarity nature of the contributions destined to fund active aid programs, donations made to FUNDACIÓN ARTENEO CORP are considered final and irrevocable, and are not eligible for ordinary refunds.

However, if an obvious transaction error occurs, duplicate charges due to payment gateway technical issues, or unauthorized card use, we commit to resolving it immediately. In these exceptional cases, please write to us at [email protected] or complete our Contact form within 15 days of the charge, and we will process the full refund of the funds after verifying the transaction.
